Design · Code · Launch — one person
Instead of a designer, a developer and a backend engineer — one specialist. No handovers between people, no weeks of approvals: you message me and the change is already underway.
Build your estimate
I am not tied to any industry — I build for any business. Tick what you need and see the rough price and timeline right away.
Scope
Extras
This is a guide, not an invoice. I will give the exact figure after a short brief — sometimes it comes out lower.
Timeline
It is not that they work slowly. The job simply changes hands four times, and every time someone is waiting on someone else.
four people, four handovers
one person, zero handovers
And yes, one person costs less than four. But that is a side effect, not the point: you are paying for the site working this month, not for it being cheap.
Portfolio
A few recent projects — lawyers, dentistry, a plant nursery, a photographer, a car service. Pick a field to see the ones closest to yours.
The old site was dark, a pretty quote stood where the offer should be, and the phone number was buried at the bottom. Now the name, the practice area and the city are the first thing you see, and you can call straight from the header.
Open the site
There used to be a half-screen video and three screens of solid text — nobody reads pages like that. Now it is clear at once what kind of cases people bring here, with a booking button right next to it.
Open the site
A team photo filled the first screen and the services hid somewhere below. Now the practice areas, prices and how the work runs are all visible without endless scrolling.
After a crash people look for a phone number, not a nice picture. Now both numbers are visible immediately, and the services are sorted by situation.
Open the site
The reviews were pasted in as Google screenshots — it looked like a temporary placeholder. Now there is a photo of the team, 170+ reviews as one number, and the company registry code in the header.
Open the site
The top of the page used to hold just the words "zelenbud.com" and two buttons — "directions" and "sale". Now the plant catalogue leads, and the services are laid out step by step.
Open the site
The first screen is a search field that types out what people actually come with: "the draft office will not grant a deferment", "my partner will not repay the debt". Visitors recognise their own situation at once.
Open the site
A lawyer practising since 2011 — that is the strongest argument, so it became the headline. A dated seal stands in for the usual banner. Not a single stock image.
Open the site
A light, calm site. In therapy people choose a person, so the name and the photo lead here instead of loud promises.
Open the site
A photographer site where the photographs lead. Dark background, little text, large images overlapping each other.
Open the site
The address, opening hours and phone number sit right at the top — that is what people look for first. Then services, doctors and prices, with booking reachable from anywhere on the page.
Open the site
People look for a garage the moment something breaks, so the booking form sits right on the first screen — next to the phone number, address and opening hours. Prices for every service follow below, so nobody has to call just to ask.

Scope and pricing
By default I build without a backend — that is half the price. If you genuinely need an admin panel, I will build it on WordPress and tell you upfront what it costs.
Admin panel, database and server are the second half of the budget. A landing or business-card site does not need them.
A static site never goes down, cannot be hacked through a plugin hole, and needs no updates or expensive hosting.
Without a heavy CMS the page opens instantly. Google factors that into rankings.
I code each new section for its specific job instead of assembling builder presets. That is why it looks the way you need.
Full website
from 18 000 UAH
Design, code, responsive layout, contact form, domain and analytics setup. Live in 7–12 days.
Support · monthly
The package is my time reserved for your site: text, prices, photos, a new block, small fixes. Work starts the same day, no "wait until next week".
If you need an admin panel
from 35 000 UAH
For content that changes weekly — a blog, catalogue or news. It costs more because it is twice the work. I will tell you at the brief whether you actually need it.
What else I can take on
How I work
AI takes the routine off my hands — and the weeks of waiting disappear. But a website is not made of what an AI generated.
Generating a section is easy. Knowing it will break on an iPhone, wreck the grid at 1440 and drag down PageSpeed takes experience. I catch the problem before your client does.
It gives you a pretty template "for everyone". What goes above the fold, which headline stops a reader, where the button belongs — those are decisions, not generation.
By default an AI hands you what it hands everyone else: the same sections, the same phrasing. The difference comes from a person who says "no, redo it" — and knows exactly what to put there instead.
Site down, form not sending, layout broken — you message me and I fix it. An AI owes you nothing.
Process
day 1
A short conversation: your business, your customers, what the site must do. I name the price and timeline right away.
day 1–2
I show concepts, you pick the style. No "guess what I wanted".
day 3–10
I build the site and share progress as a link — you review a live page, not a PDF.
day 10–12
A round of edits from your notes, until you are happy with the result.
launch
I publish the site, connect the domain and visitor stats. After that — support at the rates above.
Terms
So you know the rules before wiring money to a stranger on the internet.
Half upfront — I take the project on and book those days for no one else. The other half before launch, when you can already see the finished site on a link.
You send your notes as a list, I apply them. Then once more. If after that you want to redo the whole concept, that is separate work — and I will say so upfront instead of quietly invoicing you.
Once paid, everything is yours: domain, hosting and source files registered in your name. You are not tied to me — any front-end developer can take it from here.
I show the direction on day two, before the main work. If you can see we are not a fit, we stop and you owe nothing beyond the deposit.
Questions
You message me on Telegram — the edit is live within a business day for 500 UAH. In practice this happens a couple of times a year. An admin panel adds 100% to the price upfront.
A landing page: 7–12 days. A multi-page site: 2–3 weeks. A redesign: from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on complexity.
Then you need a backend — and I say so at the brief, not after payment. I will build it on WordPress at a higher price. But most businesses only need a solid site with a contact form.
Try it and you will get a template that breaks on mobile and looks like thousands of others. The difference is not who writes the code, but who knows what to do with it: responsive layout, speed, SEO, structure built around your sales. And who fixes it afterwards.
You do, entirely. The domain is registered to you, the code is handed over as an archive. No "site rental".
You are not paying for an office, a manager and three specialists separately. Lower overhead and faster communication — not lower quality. The quality is in front of you: I built this site myself.
